A partial refund of the ticket price (minus a service fee) is available, except for non-refundable tickets (as specified below), under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the departure time listed on the original ticket. To request a refund, passengers should send an email through the contact form on our website, using the email address provided during the ticket purchase.
- The cancellation will be processed by deducting a 20% service fee from the total ticket price. Please note that refunds cannot be processed if the request is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.
A non-refundable ticket is as the term itself suggests non-refundable. During the checkout process it will be stated if a ticket is non-refundable and customers consent to these fare terms, as well as our General Terms, by purchasing the ticket.
