If your company details are not yet registered in our system, please contact our customer support team. To process your request, kindly provide the following information: your company name, business address (including city, postal code, and country), and your company VAT number. Additionally, please attach the PDF of your ticket or provide the ticket number for which you are requesting the invoice.
Once we have added your company details to our system, you will be able to easily generate invoices for your future bookings. After your details are in the system, you can access all your R1 invoices directly through your user account on our website in the top right corner. Simply log in using the email address associated with your ticket purchase and the password you created or received on your email upon the purchase.
Once logged in, go to the "My Tickets" section and select "My Invoices," where you will find all R1 invoices for your purchased tickets. This convenient self-service option allows you to manage and access your invoices at any time.
