Once you’ve purchased your ticket and received it by email or downloaded it from the "My Tickets" section in the upper right corner, you'll need to get it ready according to the carrier’s requirements.
While most of our tickets are M-tickets, which are stored on your smartphone or tablet and usually come with a QR code, some carriers require for the ticket to be presented in physical form. If the ticket needs to be printed, it will be clearly stated on the top of the PDF.
To facilitate choosing the right ticket for you, during the departure selection process on our website, it will be clearly stated if the ticket is an M-ticket or if it needs to be printed, as seen in the screenshots below:
